Q: I received a defective/damaged product, can I get a refund?

If the product you received is damaged or defective, we will replace it with another product without charging delivery fees (if applicable), provided that the product is returned in the same condition you received it, along with the original box (intact) and/or original packaging, and handed over to the delivery agent.

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, we will replace it, provided that the product is returned in the same condition you received it, with the original box (intact) and/or original packaging, and handed over to the delivery agent.

You must report the incorrect product within a maximum of 3 days.

There are certain cases where we cannot support returns:

  • If the return request is made outside the specified timeframe of 3 days from the date of receipt.

  • If the product is used, damaged due to misuse, or not in the same condition as you received it.

  • Any consumable product that has been used or installed.

  • Products with a tampered or fake serial number.

  • Anything missing from the package you received, including price tags, labels, original packaging, free gifts, and accessories.

  • Fragile products and personal hygiene items.

If you change your mind before your order is shipped, simply contact us to cancel your order, and we will refund the amount you paid, including any applicable shipping fees. The refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on business days and the bank's processing time.

If you want to return the product after receiving it, you have up to 3 days to return it, subject to the following rules:

  • The product must not be listed under the "non-returnable products" category.

  • The product must not be from clearance items that are clearly marked as non-returnable.

  • Only products that have never had their "retail seal" (closed box/seal) opened and still have their original seal can be returned.

Non-returnable products include:

  • Clearance items.

  • Original products with a unique serial number.

  • Any consumable products that have been used or installed.

As outlined in the Consumer Protection Rights section under non-returnable products.

The period varies depending on the product and ranges from 3 to 15 days.

If you are unable to return products within the specified period, please contact our customer service team through the "Contact Us" page to submit a complaint. Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis. However, all accepted returns in accordance with consumer protection laws must comply with the specified period.

If you paid electronically, the amount will be refunded to your account.

The refund may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on business days and the bank's processing time.

We only accept returns if the product is in its original, unopened box/packaging with all labels and barcodes intact. In this case, please check the Help Center or contact the customer service department for further information.

It means the product is new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The packaging must be as it was when delivered to you.

The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees for both delivery and return if the reason for return is personal (e.g., no longer wanting the product) and there is no defect or issue with the product itself. This includes cases where the customer simply wants to return the product because they do not need it or it does not meet their expectations.

However, we assure you that all ordered products are thoroughly inspected and verified to be in perfect condition and working properly before being shipped to customers outside Bahrain.
